River Logbook......

Designed
by Jerry Hay, specifically for river travel. Jerry has traveled rivers
for many years and knows what should be included in a river logbook.
Regardless of the vessel, this logbook prompts boaters to log practical
information that will be useful for future trips, writing journels,
sharing information and reflecting on journeys. What one leaves to
memory will be lost. The book was designed with this thought in mind,
"What would I like to know about a river trip before I go?" The answer
to this is the foundation for a good logbook. Jotting down notes in a
blank notebook can be helpful but things will be missed. That is why
even experienced police officers, EMTs and other emergency services
personell use printed logbooks, so that they do not forget to include
important information. Though keeping a river log is not as important,
it demonstrates that even with experience, we will forget to include
vital information that may be needed or wanted later.
In addition to the standard information requested in logbooks, the
River Logbook for Inland Waterways provides the following features:

Lays flat when opened to display both of the 2-page daily logs

Line spacing adequate for hand-written entries
Space to draw illustrations of subject matter
Indexing section for finding daily logs or other information later
Pages numbered for easy reference
Price each $7.95 plus $2.50 shipping ($1.00 shipping for each additional book)
